Following this beginner triathlon program will answer all your “how to” questions and get you prepared for your best triathlon yet.   We will walk you through, step by step, what you need to do to get through your triathlon.  Whether your first, fifth or fiftieth, there are some things we can do to help you save time, money, frustration and relieve you from anxiety from your event. beginner triathlon -biking

***Please note this is beginner triathlon program is a virtual program. We will have a live video on Mondays at 12pm CST in the private Facebook group.  If you cannot attend the live video, you can submit your questions and watch the replay at your convenience!
